The American Society for Virology invites you to participate in its 33rd annual meeting that will be held on the Colorado State University campus in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. The ASV 2014 program will include scientific symposia, workshops, poster sessions, and special educational presentations punctuated by collegial mixers and social events.
The meeting will formally begin Saturday, June 21st with the Welcome Reception at 3:30 pm, the Keynote address at 5:30 pm, and the first group of simultaneous workshop sessions that evening. Note that two satellite symposia will take place earlier on Saturday (www). The last event of the meeting is the Wednesday morning plenary session that will end just before noon.
The ASV Scientific Program & Abstracts “book” will change to an on-line electronic format starting this year. The online program and all abstracts will be printable and fully searchable, in sections and in total. There will also be an improved online itinerary planner and a mobile app for use in advance of and during the meeting. Updates and corrections will continue until the meeting begins, ensuring an up to date program is always available to participants. Access to the electronic Scientific Program & Abstracts will be provided to all ASV members in good standing and to registered non-members at least one month before the meeting.

The 2014 ASV meeting will be followed by a two-day Bat-Borne Infectious Disease Symposium.
